THE VISION
Empowering 100 Million Families to Financial Independence
Bridging Faith and Financial Literacy for a Brighter Future for Congregations and Families.

Inspired to Make a Difference
At GFI Financial Empowerment, we believe every family and congregation deserves the opportunity to thrive. The journey began when we witnessed how financial instability and a lack of literacy were holding back individuals and communities from reaching their full potential.
Realizing the transformative impact of financial education, we were inspired to create tools and strategies that align with spiritual values. By empowering faith-based organizations with financial literacy, we aim to unlock their potential to expand their missions and make a lasting difference.

Leland Rubin
Executive Vice ChairmanWith over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, Leland Rubin has built a distinguished career dedicated to empowering professionals and organizations with strategic financial solutions. Over time, his passion for leadership and entrepreneurship led him to become a dynamic force in the financial sector.
Rooted in a legacy of faith, Leland comes from a family of pastors—his grandfather, father, and siblings have collectively served as church leaders for over 60 years. Guided by his deep commitment to faith and financial empowerment, he took a bold step in founding the church division at Global Financial Impact. Today, he is on a mission to combat financial illiteracy within churches across the U.S. and internationally. Leland’s vision is to serve as a trusted financial partner to faith-based organizations, fostering transparency and providing actionable solutions through a structured, step-by-step approach. His goal is to ensure that churches and their members are financially equipped to create lasting legacies and sustainable growth.

Adrian Ewings
Financial Educator & Ministry LeaderWith 15 years of experience in the financial industry and 30 years in ministry, Adrian Ewings has dedicated his life to integrating faith and financial education. His journey began in the music industry, touring with renowned artists such as Kirk Franklin and David & Tamela Mann. Educated in leadership through the Devos Initiative program and mentored by Ray Bentley, Senior Pastor of Maranatha Chapel, Adrian has always had a heart for mentorship.
Adrian has led Bible studies in high schools, mentoring thousands of young people, including NBA champion Norman Powell. His passion for equipping God’s people led him to the financial industry after recognizing the lack of financial education in churches. Since then, he has worked with senior pastors, business owners, athletes, and parishioners, bringing financial knowledge and empathy to those he serves.
Adrian’s primary focus is financial education, specifically outreaching to churches and pastors through nationwide workshops, both in-person and virtual. His wealth-building workshops cover investment strategies, legacy planning, generational wealth, and financial independence. He teaches essential financial principles, including how money works, the Rule of 72, and the importance of investing resources and obtaining life insurance (both term and whole life). His workshops have been instrumental in helping pastors prepare for retirement with financial security.
Adrian is committed to teaching biblical financial stewardship—helping people manage both the ten percent (tithes) and the ninety percent of their income. Partnering with Global Financial Impact, he expands his financial education outreach through churches, conferences, and organizations, ensuring that pastors and churches gain the financial knowledge they need to thrive both spiritually and financially.
Our Team Of Strategic Partners

Carter Wilcoxson
Founder and CEO of ePIC Services CompanyFor nearly two decades, Carter has assisted top advisors in providing safe retirement solutions, bringing access to a network of industry professionals, and supporting their many clients.
His personal experience with the “average” households seeking to protect their savings has driven him to identify unmet needs in the financial industry. Carter noticed a gap between those with a solid retirement plan and those at risk of outliving their savings or having their legacy mismanaged.
To address this, he collaborated with leading experts to create the three E’s: Educate, Enlighten, and Empower. This led to the development of cloud-based Estate Planning software combined with his unique process, offering a much-needed solution.
Carter and his team now connect consumers with the necessary financial professionals and education through the eStatePlan™ Portfolio. This innovative solution helps people avoid costly legal fees using the OEPT (Outsourced Estate Planning Team) for comprehensive estate and legacy planning support.
Carter is also the ambassador of Legacy Planning and is leading the charge of The Living Legacy Project, which helps his network of independent advisors provide the necessary process to document their extensive lives. Leland Rubin is one such Financial Professional.

She began seeing clients and her close friends struggle with the negative effects of probate proceedings, from dwindling inheritances to families destroyed by battles over money. This motivated her to change her focus to Estate Planning so she could help people avoid these issues before it was too late, rather than perform legal triage when the damage to families and their legacies had already been done.
